Passport
Brand Design

Account leadership where creative work, client priorities and category constraints had to stay aligned.

I managed client communication, briefs, timelines, presentations and coordination across internal creative teams for consumer-brand work in a regulated environment.

01 My Role

Move the work from business need to creative execution.

I managed client communication, project timelines, presentations, briefs, status reporting and coordination between client stakeholders and internal creative teams.

My work included initiatives tied to the Camel Crush family. I helped manage and coordinate the account work rather than serving as the package designer.

02 / BRAND EVOLUTION

In a constrained category, each permitted touchpoint carries more weight.

Packaging and other allowed brand touchpoints had to carry more of the communication burden, making alignment between objectives, creative direction, timing and regulation especially important.

04 Takeaway

Constraints made alignment more important, not less.

Agency work sharpened my ability to manage competing priorities while keeping the client relationship, internal teams and delivery moving in the same direction.
